Pistyll Rhaeadr

The scenery is breathtaking, surrounded on both sides by sheer cliffs and woods. The building was listed in a survey that was carried out in 1724. It was reported to be owned by a local abbey and was probably used as a remote retreat cell.

Our accommodation is very popular, with many return visitors. We're a family-run establishment - warm, accommodating and friendly.

The upstairs has been renovated and we offer two en-suite double bedrooms as a self-contained holiday unit, with adjoining kitchen, lounge and private balcony.

Apartment: £280.00 for two nights (minimum stay) for two people, or £360 for four people for two nights. £100 deposit required on booking.

Chalet: £280 for two nights for two people, self-contained, overlooking river.

Showman's Caravan: £260 for two nights (minimum stay) for two people.

Thanks to our central location in Mid-Wales we are often used as a base for people (especially walkers) from which to tour many parts of Wales. There are a huge number of visitor attractions within an hour's drive.

The ground floor contains a rustic-style cosy tearoom - opening hours vary round the year. Both can remain open later than usual to suit guests, if requested.
