We have for hire a beautifully restored 1940s genuine Showman's Caravan. The perfect solution for a private retreat for a couple or for single occupancy. Two nights minimum from £260  Built for a travelling circus family, it has been lovingly restored and located in the lower meadow for privacy and quiet. The wagon's self-contained living area incorporates kitchen (hob cooking), dining and sleeping (small double). Heating is mainly electric with small optional coal/wood fire-box (original). Also enchanting is its small end room which we've converted into a washroom with flush toilet. Still retains its small fitted wardrobe and dresser. Recently added is a wooden balcony at front door level to sit outside with table and chairs. The showman's caravan sits in its own walled circle of trees. |
